Become a volunteer and make a difference!

Volunteers are an important part of HCVH and without their energy, talents and time we would not be able to care for more than 5,000 patients each year.

Our volunteers make such a difference to the lives of the animals in our care by contributing their time in a variety of ways – their commitment is second-to-none and we are continually inspired by their compassion.

At HCVH we offer several opportunities for general and skilled volunteers including:

· Fundraising event staff

· Student Work placement (nursing and veterinary)

· Gardening/maintenance

· Kennelling/KennelHand work
